Ordering Basics

- Step Three: Confirmation of color codes, logo and artwork. Customer approval of prototype
- Step Four: Deposit paid
- Step Five: Order placed for production
- Step Six: Final payment at manufacturing completion
- Step Seven: Order shipped
- Step Eight: Order delivered to your facility
- Custom orders typically require 4-6 weeks
for production - Preferred Payment: Wire transfer or ACH
Important Notice About Chinese New Years
Chinese New Year is an important festive holiday celebrated throughout China.
It typically commences in late January and lasts into February.
The factory shutdown can sometimes last 4 weeks and affect the industry for up to 2 months. For this reason we encourage you to plan accordingly and place your orders ahead of time.
